In this role, you will be instrumental in executing critical projects, driving standard practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the MENA region. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of Corporate Events initiatives across company domain. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business development leads to achieve core performance metrics. • Conduct thorough quality reviews, audits, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with regional standards. • Mentor junior team members, document internal knowledge bases, and facilitate cross-departmental alignment. • Analyze user feedback and operational data to drive actionable improvements and innovation. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills: • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate Events or closely related fields. • Demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects in fast-paced tech environments. • Proficiency with industry-standard tools, frameworks, and modern methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
